Job Description:

As the Customer Experience Distributive Trade Assistant Manager, you will lead end-to-end enhancements across the customer experience operations, enabling transformative change in how distributors and business units operate. You will drive operational reinvention through digital tools, intelligent forecasting, and collaborative planning. By embedding data-driven strategies and agile replenishment processes, you will help translate various business unit goals into scalable, future-ready customer operations. Minimal travel is required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead transformation of distributor order and inventory management processes to ensure frictionless fulfillment, adaptive supply chain solutions, and no-touch replenishment
  • Champion strategic collaboration with Distributors and Business Units to co-create future-oriented solutions that unlock sales potential and elevate service performance
  • Align seamlessly with Customer Operations and CD teams to embed transformation KPIs and accelerate operational excellence initiatives
  • Analyze customer experience metrics (inventory health, service level, on-shelf availability) to identify performance gaps, and orchestrate cross-functional teams to implement breakthrough improvements

Requirements:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Customer Development (DT) or Business Management
  • At least 3 years to 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Business Partnering, and Customer Service
  • Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Customer-focused and results-oriented
  • Critical thinker and highly analytical
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint in particular)

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
  • Knowledge in Power BI and Power Query is an advantage
