Customer Experience Associate

• Immediately address and resolve customer complaints pursuant to Company guidelines, using your knowledge of Company policies, empathy and creativity to foster customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
• Assist in improving customer service performance by maintaining records of interactions, resolutions and escalations to help identify trends and collaborate with leadership to improve processes

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Excel
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent active listening skills
• Strong customer service skills, including engaging personality, creative problem-solving and attention to detail
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Flexibility to work all shifts
• Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
• Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States

6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
