This is an outdoor combination role operating in different parts of the rental or return process on our airport lots.
Job Responsibility:
Immediately address and resolve customer complaints pursuant to Company guidelines, using your knowledge of Company policies, empathy and creativity to foster customer satisfaction and customer loyalty
Assist in improving customer service performance by maintaining records of interactions, resolutions and escalations to help identify trends and collaborate with leadership to improve processes
Requirements:
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Valid Driver’s License
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including excellent active listening skills
Strong customer service skills, including engaging personality, creative problem-solving and attention to detail
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot and enter/exit vehicles for prolonged periods and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
Nice to have:
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
