The program is designed to help you build foundational knowledge and gain confidence to attain the required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to become a registered broker alongside your cohort. Requirements

  • Self-starter and ambitious learner comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving support environment
  • Ability to embrace skill development through coaching, feedback, and goal setting
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in financial services preferred
  • Commitment and resilience to achieve licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks
  • Strong independent judgment, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in a multi-task environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer support
  • Comfort providing support across channels including phone and written formats
  • Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver outstanding service
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends, as needed
  • Existing FINRA SIE license preferred
  • Prior experience in customer support preferred
