The program is designed to help you build foundational knowledge and gain confidence to attain the required FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 licenses to become a registered broker alongside your cohort. We demonstrate strong customer focus across a wide range of needs, from simple to complex, via chat, email, and phone channels. As a member of this team, you'll be the company's voice and will use exceptional empathy and product expertise to ensure our users feel understood and valued.

Requirements

  • Commitment and resilience to achieve licensing and Registered Representative proficiency over 26 weeks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a passion for customer support
  • Comfort providing support across channels including phone and written formats
  • Ability to defuse customer anxiety and deliver outstanding service
