We're excited to announce a vacancy for a Customer Experience Assistant at The Nucleus Bridge to to join our team and help deliver exceptional service at this state-of-the-art innovation Centre. Our modern centre is located in the heart of The Bridge Community. The Nucleus offers professional, fully equipped office space ideal for small businesses, providing a flexible and supportive working environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings
  • Support events and community engagement activities
  • Responsible for daily and monthly social media updates
  • Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
  • Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots
  • Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager.
