Crawley Innovation Centre is a bold new workspace supporting high‑growth businesses, start‑ups and scale-ups across sectors including clean energy, digital technology, advanced engineering and professional services. As part of Crawley’s wider economic regeneration, the centre plays a key role in fostering innovation, supporting job creation, and driving inward investment into the region. Located within the Manor Royal Business District and just minutes from Gatwick Airport, it offers a dynamic environment where businesses can connect, grow, and make an impact.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive first impression
Manage reception duties, including calls, emails, post, and meeting room bookings
Support events, social media updates, and community engagement activities
Keep the Centre running smoothly by maintaining supplies, equipment, and shared spaces
Assist with a variety of customer needs, from booking couriers to recommending local spots
Provide backup support to the Centre Manager and Assistant Centre Manager
Requirements:
A confident, approachable personality and a natural flair for customer service
Plenty of energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to create a warm, positive atmosphere
Strong IT skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
A proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
Flexibility and a team spirit - ready to pitch in wherever needed
