We are looking for a bilingual, results-oriented professional to fill a strategic role at the intersection of data analysis, operations, and customer service. Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze Customer Satisfaction Survey results to identify issues and recommend concrete solutions for improving the after-sales experience
  • Ensure close monitoring of customer service performance indicators and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate in the standardization and automation of data analysis processes
  • Collaborate with IT and Operations teams to improve data quality and ensure that analyses support the company's strategic objectives

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years in a call center (or customer service environment)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office software (Excel essential)
  • Proficiency in PowerBI and PowerAutomate
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze customer data to generate tangible impacts
  • Bilingualism (oral and written) essential – Ability to interact with unilingual English-speaking employees, suppliers, or external partners
