Job Responsibility
Design and operationalize a comprehensive ecosystem of digital and non-digital solutions to support obesity care
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create and execute strategies for a holistic care ecosystem
Drive campaign activation and develop engagement with targeted customers
Analyze customer insights and track performance metrics to inform decision-making
Foster team development by mentoring and empowering members, while leading cross-functional collaboration
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred
A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or customer experience is needed, with a focus on driving business growth
Strong expertise in developing and reviewing commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to performance
At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing ecosystems
Fluency in both English and Japanese is required, along with strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders in global organizations
