This is a leadership position focused on creating and implementing a comprehensive customer experience ecosystem for a company's obesity care market. The role involves designing and operationalizing both digital and non-digital solutions, collaborating with internal and external partners, and analyzing customer insights to drive business growth. The Director will also be responsible for team development, cross-functional collaboration, and aligning marketing initiatives with the overall ecosystem objectives.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or customer experience is needed, with a focus on driving business growth
  • Strong expertise in developing and reviewing commercial marketing campaigns from strategy to performance
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and complex marketing ecosystems
  • Fluency in both English and Japanese is required, along with strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders in global organizations
