Our Guadalajara, Mexico Team is growing and we're looking for experienced Customer Services Representatives to join our Helpware team. Our Client is a B2B ratings and reviews platform. The company is looking for motivated, detailed-oriented individuals with exceptional communication skills. An Agent’s core responsibility will be collecting reviews for our Client through recorded phone interviews. People all around the globe will schedule a phone call with the agent to leave a review for a company they have worked with.
