Job Responsibility:
Be the first line hero for inbound calls and emails - owning queries end-to-end and delivering brilliant service
Proactively reach out to customers to strengthen relationships
Support customers via live chat, responding quickly and professionally
Keep our CRM spotless - accurate data entry and updates, every time
Allocate, monitor and escalate enquiries or complaints to secure swift resolutions
Log and track activity through our CRM to ensure seamless communication
Requirements:
