Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Customer Experience Advisors to join our APAC team. This role is ideal for individuals who bring a strong blend of customer experience and sales capabilities. You will be the first point of contact for professionals and customers across Australia, New Zealand, the UK, and the US, handling a mix of inbound and outbound interactions. As part of our dynamic Customer Experience team, you’ll be responsible for answering inbound calls, responding to emails, and making outbound calls to pitch and sell our marketplace subscriptions. Job Responsibility

  • Be the first line of communication for professionals and customers in Australia
  • Act as a product expert, helping users understand and navigate our offerings
  • Manage inbound calls and respond to customer emails using the Zendesk ticketing system
  • Proactively make outreach calls to pitch and sell marketplace subscriptions to potential leads and existing users
  • Identify sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth by offering relevant services and upgrades
  • Ensure customer queries and concerns are resolved efficiently and within the Turnaround Time (TAT)
  • Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate internal teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed Customer Experience KPIs
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English communication
  • Minimum 1 year experience supporting international customers (voice/email/chat)
  • Prior experience in outbound sales, with the ability to engage prospects proactively and drive conversions
  • Strong problem-solving and consultative selling abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of queries and interactions
  • Demonstrated proficiency in working with ticketing tools and CRM software to manage customer interactions
  • Meticulous attention to detail with good organizational habits
  • Self-driven, motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Openness to learn and grow within the organization
