Job Description:

Reporting directly to our COO, you will be the core of our expansion strategy. You won't just be a manager, but a strategic coach tasked with maximizing the customer lifecycle and value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Leading and motivating a team of Customer Expansion Specialists, ensuring high performance and a quality commercial approach
  • Defining the Upsell strategy across various client segments, optimizing processes and minimizing the Churn rate
  • Promoting a consultative sales model, helping doctors understand the value of the proposed solutions and how they can impact their business
  • Analyzing portfolio data, identifying growth opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Working closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to create effective campaigns, initiatives, and materials
  • Monitoring weekly and monthly KPIs, ensuring accurate forecasting

Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales / customer expansion roles (upselling, inside sales, account management)
  • Ability to lead teams and improve performance through coaching, processes, and analysis
  • Experience in SaaS, digital, or tech environments
  • Analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, metrics, and CRM (Hubspot / Salesforce)
  • Professional knowledge of English language

Nice to have:

  • 1–2 years of experience managing goal-oriented teams focused on business objectives
  • Experience selling marketing products (e.g., Google Ads)
  • Interest in the healthcare sector
