Requirements
10+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Executive Programs, or Community Leadership within the SaaS/DevOps ecosystem
proven track record of building and managing Executive Advisory Boards (EABs) or C-suite VIP programs for enterprise software
demonstrated ability to engage and influence both deeply technical practitioners and high-level C-level executives
expertise in designing end-to-end strategic event experiences, from small-scale dinners to large-scale user conference summits
strong analytical skills to track and optimize the impact of community and advocacy programs on revenue and retention
exemplary communication skills with the ability to curate high-value thought leadership content for a global audience
