Job Description

Carbiz are looking for highly enthusiastic, personable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Assessments team as Customer Excellence Representatives. Job Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough assessments of claims to ensure accuracy and validity, determining the appropriate course of action for each case
  • Act as the primary point of contact between external stakeholders, such as insurers, repair shops, and towing companies
  • Work closely with various internal teams, including operations, on-hire staff, and senior management to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of claims
  • Perform detailed investigative tasks to gather all necessary information and documentation
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering guidance throughout the claims process, and ensuring clients receive timely updates
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and decisions, preparing reports or updates as needed

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a customer service role
  • Flexibility to work evening shifts with a finish time of 9:30pm (preferred)
  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages (desirable)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Tech savvy and strong administrative skills
  • Embody an enthusiastic and empathetic personality
  • Thrives in a team-oriented and collaborative work environment
  • Detail-oriented and self-organised

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese or other languages (desirable)

  • Process Optimization & Scaling: Continuously develop and increase the efficiency of Customer Service to ensure first-class customer satisfaction in an international B2B environment (export customers worldwide as well as group companies in Europe and the USA)
  • End-to-End Order Management: Overseeing the entire order handling process - from order entry and shipment logistics to claims handling (complaint management) and technical support
  • Future Orientation & Innovation: Proactively driving development and strategic expansion in the fields of telemarketing and e-commerce, as well as identifying potential for after-sales upscaling
  • KPI Management & Business Planning: Proposing measurable goals, establishing an annual business plan for Customer Service, and continuously monitoring delivery performance vs. targets to identify optimization opportunities
