As a Customer Engineer, you’ll act as a Solution Architect, serving as the technical authority on how Cresta integrates with platforms like AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9. You’ll help design, build, and deliver our cutting-edge solutions for enterprise contact centers, ensuring customers achieve meaningful results through real-time coaching and agent efficiency tools. You’ll work across multiple customer projects, manage deadlines independently, and participate in sales calls to remove technical barriers. This role calls for a full-stack developer with a strong customer focus and the ability to connect technical execution to business value.
Job Responsibility:
Pre-Sales: Collaborate with customers to determine the best integration approach
Post-Sales: Meet deadlines for solution delivery in partnership with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs, integrated with contact center chat or voice platforms
Test deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes
Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders
