Job Description:

As a Customer Engineer, you’ll act as a Solution Architect, serving as the technical authority on how Cresta integrates with platforms like AWS Connect, Genesys, and Five9. You’ll help design, build, and deliver our cutting-edge solutions for enterprise contact centers, ensuring customers achieve meaningful results through real-time coaching and agent efficiency tools. You’ll work across multiple customer projects, manage deadlines independently, and participate in sales calls to remove technical barriers. This role calls for a full-stack developer with a strong customer focus and the ability to connect technical execution to business value.

Job Responsibility:

  • Pre-Sales: Collaborate with customers to determine the best integration approach
  • Post-Sales: Meet deadlines for solution delivery in partnership with Implementation Managers and other stakeholders
  • Design, build, and deploy applications using Cresta SDKs, libraries, and APIs, integrated with contact center chat or voice platforms
  • Test deployed applications, troubleshoot issues, and implement bug fixes
  • Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Blend of sales enthusiasm, technical confidence, and precise execution
  • Experience with Contact Center/Customer Experience platforms (AWS Connect, Genesys, Five9, etc.)
  • Proficiency with APIs, SDKs, AWS, Git, and hands-on coding in Go, Python, and JavaScript
  • Ability to think big but deliver simple, impactful solutions
  • Strong organizational skills to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Consultative approach to problem-solving and ability to build strong relationships with technical stakeholders
