We’re expanding our client experience team with a dedicated Customer Engagement Specialist who plays an integral role in executing memorable and high-impact customer experiences. You’ll coordinate client visits, foster lasting relationships, and represent Power Design’s brand through hospitality and professionalism that creates raving fans. Job Responsibility:
Collaborate with internal teams to plan, coordinate, and execute offsite client-facing events across key markets, ensuring each event reflects Power Design’s brand and leaves a lasting impression
Manage all client-facing logistics, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, creating detailed itineraries, and serving as the main point of contact to ensure a smooth, professional experience
Oversee the sourcing, customization, and distribution of premium promotional items, ensuring timely delivery and thoughtful gifting that reflects our commitment to quality and client connection
Assist the Business Development team with administrative support and special projects as needed
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Consumer Behavior, or a related Field
3+ years of experience in events, marketing, business development, administrative support, or similar roles—preferably within the construction industry (internship experience welcome)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a sense of urgency, and an interest in client-facing roles
Eagerness to learn and grow
Comfortable networking and building relationships in professional and social settings
