We’re looking for a curious, proactive, and people-focused Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll help bring our products to life for customers by connecting their needs with our technology. You’ll work closely with product and support teams while partnering directly with customers to deliver engaging presentations, meaningful demos, and hands-on experiences that drive confidence, adoption, and long-term success. If you enjoy learning new technology, explaining complex ideas in simple ways, and building strong relationships, this role offers a great opportunity to make an impact.
Job Responsibility:
Lead engaging product presentations and onboarding sessions that help customers get value quickly
Support product demos and proof-of-concept activities, highlighting real-world use cases and benefits
Gather customer feedback, questions, and success stories to help shape future product enhancements
Partner with product, sales, and support teams to align on customer needs and priorities
Stay up to date on product features, enhancements, and roadmap developments
Help create clear, user-friendly presentation materials and product documentation
Contribute product insights and customer use cases to RFPs and proposal responses
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
At least 2 years of experience in customer engagement, training, enablement, or a related role
Experience working with technology or enterprise software products is a plus
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
A collaborative mindset and a genuine interest in helping customers succeed
