Job Description:

As a Customer Engagement Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of launching eShepherd across the United States. You’ll connect with ranchers and farmers, champion our breakthrough virtual fencing solution, and drive adoption of technology that’s changing the game for US agriculture.

Job Responsibility:

Proactive outreach and strategic follow-ups (no cold calling!)
Product demos and presentations that spark interest
Leading negotiations and securing deals
Tracking performance and sharing insights with leadership
Collaboration with the US sales team and eShepherd leadership to refine sales approaches and tactics

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in AgTech or digital farming solutions, with a strong understanding of virtual fencing technologies
Sales experience in a solution-focused environment
Strong knowledge of beef cattle grazing management
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and project management skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
Ability to work independently, remotely, and occasionally travel for field days, customer visits, and industry events

Nice to have:

Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Management, Marketing, or related field
Proficiency in CRM software (SAP preferred)
