About the Team: You will join the Program Management team, responsible for shaping how customers experience the program and how partners use it to achieve their business goals. The team works closely with banks, fintechs, merchants, and internal Mastercard teams to continuously improve customer engagement, program attractiveness, and overall value. The Role: We are looking for a Program Management Specialist to support customer engagement initiatives within the Bezcenne Chwile program. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who enjoys working with people, communicating with different stakeholders and contributing ideas that improve customer loyalty and engagement. You will: • Support initiatives aimed at increasing customer engagement and interest in the program • Contribute to the development of the program offer, including the rewards catalog • Help generate ideas and take active ownership of their implementation and coordination, increasing program attractiveness, visibility, and usage • Collaborate with internal Mastercard teams (such as marketing and account management) and external agencies/business partners • Support clear and effective communication with issuers and stakeholders
