Job Responsibility

  • Deeply understand our customer base, what brings them to our platform and what drives retention among cohorts
  • Lead and refine customer cohort analysis
  • Work closely with Operations to understand current customer pain points and implement initiatives to increase customer happiness
  • Lead customer engagement end to end (newsletter, journal and other content)
  • Run campaigns and other growth initiatives end-to-end (activation, retention, loyalty): Identify opportunities, prioritize projects, design experiments, develop campaign strategy, oversee execution and analyze results
  • Work with the team to unlock innovative, company-specific strategies for growth

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or a Master's Degree in Management
  • Growth / Marketing / Customer Engagement experience
  • Good with numbers
  • Must be able to work in a competitive, fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Should be comfortable working with little supervision
  • Excellent writing skills (this is a strict requirement)
  • Familiar with the fitness and wellness industry
