Customer Engagement & Loyalty Leader

• Lead the Customer Engagement team (CRM & IKEA Family) to attract, retain, and engage customers
• Act as a member of the Marketing Management team and contribute to the marketing plan and output
• Drive the totality of the IKEA Family engagement and CRM in the market
• Develop and implement the country engagement strategy
• Define and develop local IKEA Family benefits and other loyalty programs
• Manage the process for developing local CRM content
• Manage CRM trigger executions together with global and local stakeholders
• Coordinate the efforts of a matrix of store-based key stakeholders to enhance in-store impact
• Be a role model of IKEA values and foster an open and sharing climate

• Minimum 5 years of experience in loyalty programs and delivering results
• Previous experience in leading and influencing co-workers and teams
• Native-level Finnish and fluent English skills, both written and verbal
• Formal qualifications in Marketing or equivalent
• Deep knowledge of CRM, 1:1 marketing, and loyalty concepts
• Broad understanding of marketing technology and customer behavior in the retail market
• Strategic thinker with excellent ability to take a holistic view of a large organization
• Strong interpersonal skills to lead, inspire and build trustful relationships
