Job Description

The role of Customer Engagement & Loyalty Analyst aims to attract, retain and engage customers, increase overall lifetime value, measure marketing channel effectiveness and the impact of marketing initiatives. We support cross-functionally and provide key insights and data-driven recommendations.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a member of the Marketing team and proactively contribute to marketing plan/output in order to deliver to the common objectives and goals
  • Drive performance analysis and optimization of local offerings/local IKEA Family benefits, rewards and engagement across multiple customer groups and different channels
  • Collaborate with central CRM Hub on data/analytics and performance of all customer engagement activities, and deriving local insights
  • Actively cooperate with key stakeholders within commercial and beyond to secure integration, common focus and maximize impact
  • Be an active player in driving an open and sharing climate, be a role model of the IKEA values, and contribute to the transformation of IKEA

Requirements

  • Completed degree, ideally in Marketing with focus on data analytics or a comparable education
  • Professional experience in data and analytics
  • Excellent understanding and usage of digital analytics tools – advanced knowledge in Google BigQuery, Jupyter Notebook and Power BI
  • Broad knowledge of customer behavior in relation to loyalty programs and CRM
  • Broad knowledge of performance marketing measures
  • Knowledge and experience in campaign tracking and performance analytics
  • Result oriented and data-based thinking – ability to translate insights into actions
  • Make data insights understandable, digestible and visually appealing
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
  • Good communication skills to explain complex data to a broader audience with different knowledge levels
  • Ability to deliver within scope of tasks and perform with quality and speed
  • Ability to follow up on work done and capture learnings to improve
  • Fluent English, German is an advantage and any other language a plus
