Job Description:

A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager (Mining) for the Far North Queensland region. With direction from both your Channel Manager and the Branch Managers at the NAPAs that you support, you will build effective, productive relationships with our target customers.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build effective, productive relationships with target customers
  • Understand customer's needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their basket with NAPA
  • Be ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated and successful track record in business development or account management across parts and equipment
  • Comfortable acquiring new accounts
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Team focused attitude
  • Passion to be the best
  • Ability to attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions
  • Ability to achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
  • Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
  • Experience using CRM systems
