A fantastic opportunity has become available as a Customer Development Manager for the region of Baldivis. With direction from your Channel Manager and working alongside the local Repco Store Managers you will build effective, productive business relationships with our target customers utilizing our newly introduced CRM Platform and best in class promotional activity. Through these relationships, you will understand our customer’s needs, proactively solve their problems, and identify areas to grow their share of spend with Repco. You are ultimately responsible for the sales and gross margin performance of your territory of approximately 150 Customers.

Requirements:
Interest in the automotive industry
Sales and/or customer management experience (automotive industry preferred)
Ability to achieve KPI's and targets
Ability to attend and participate in sales meetings, trade shows & training sessions
Ability to achieve sales budgets through a proactive and innovative approach
Ability to liaise and build relationships with customers and company stakeholders
Experience using CRM systems
A valid Australian driver's licence
A passion for all things automotive
