Job Description

The primary responsibilities of this role is to build and develop strong relationships and generate significant new business growth within existing and new customers within the Toowoomba area.

Job Responsibility

  • Managing of existing key accounts and the development of new accounts
  • Manage the territory in line with NAPA's Customer Value Proposition, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders to meet the requirements of the strategic business plan
  • Maintaining a customer territory and maximising business opportunities and sales growth
  • Attend Sales Meetings, Trade Shows & Product Training as required

Requirements

  • Industry Account Management experience is preferred in either of the following sectors: Commercial
  • Automotive
  • Industrial
  • Prior achievement in areas of responsibility, specifically sales results, customer relationship development and territory management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, influence decisions, facilitate outcomes and achieve results
  • Sound business acumen and numerical competency
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads
  • Outgoing nature with a positive and motivated approach who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment and can work calmly under pressure
