The Customer Development Executive role will be responsible in growing his/her assigned territory. Expanding UFS reach by developing new accounts and increasing product penetration through new product introduction. The role will manage existing business ensuring no fall out account and consistent growth by increasing product usage.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver business targets of the assigned territory
Develop new accounts
Introduce new products
Ensure productivity by achieving GTM targets
Manage Distributor partner assigned in the area
Coach Distributor sales rep to increase productivity
Implement Local and National Marketing Plans (Innovation, Activations and Campaigns)
Collaborate with support functions to provide operators with services and solutions (ideation, masterclass, cooking demo, trend sharing and others)
Requirements:
With Account Management or Sales Experience in the Food Service industry
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Project Management and Business Acumen skills
Must possess analytical thinking and passion for results
Be objective in making business recommendations and decisions
