Job Description:

Support the CD Academy in building a future fit Customer Development organization by designing, deploying, and tracking capability programs for all CD teams. Enable consistent learning, onboarding, and upskilling across General Trade, Modern Trade, and extended distributor team, if needed

Job Responsibility:

  • Work with Sales Directors, Channel/Category leaders, and business partners to identify skill gaps and capability needs
  • Define job skill profiles, assess gaps, and propose development plans aligned with CD priorities
  • Customize training programs for different CD functions (CBD, CSP, GT, MT)
  • Develop and implement training courses, workshops, and induction programs for new joiners
  • Facilitate CD workshops (local/regional) and coordinate external/internal trainers
  • Build and maintain high quality training materials
  • Collaborate with HRBP on competency development frameworks
  • Manage schedules, logistics, communication, and learning experience for all CD training activities
  • Monitor training impact, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future programs
  • Track capability KPIs, skill progress, and program effectiveness
  • Connect with Global CD Academy to adopt best practices and bring relevant programs to Thailand

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field
  • Experience in Customer Development, capability building, sales, or training roles preferred
  • Experience in FMCG, coaching, or competency based learning is a plus
  • Passion for people development and capability building
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze skill gaps, structure capability frameworks, and design training content
  • Collaboration mindset with ability to work across CD, HR, CSP, and field teams
  • Project management and organizational skills

Experience in FMCG, coaching, or competency based learning is a plus
