Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to research, elicit, analyse, validate, and document business requirements, ensuring they accurately reflect true business needs and represent all stakeholders. Translates business needs into system/application requirements and project components to determine effective solutions. Supports team members in developing functional requirements for tool development. Proactively manages requirement changes and identifies risks for clients, while effectively managing client expectations. Applies industry and IT expertise to support proposals, feasibility studies, implementations, and new business development initiatives.
Job Responsibility
Prepares financing contracts accordingly to HPEFS policies and customer specific
Manages Sales and Customer Delivery forecast for regular business with existing customers
supports Sales in new business acquisitions
Liaise customers on regular basis to ensure smooth cooperation
Ensures proper contracts data reflection in the systems
Cooperates with suppliers to ensure proper and timely invoicing, monitors supplier payments TAT
Proactively work with customers, answer their questions, provide requested data
Engage with appropriated teams internally for complex customer queries
take ownership for solutions
Coordinate/monitor operational issues and propose solution to the team
Ensure that solutions offered to the Customer is compliant with Legal, Finance, Pricing, PM requirements
Support the deployment of new business tools which enhance the operational excellence and profitability of business (ex. customer portal, electronic signature, etc.)
Requirements
Fresh graduates or individuals with at least one year of work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft word and Excel will be considered
