We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Delivery Senior Project Manager to lead complex, large-scale customer programmes across multiple domains for enterprise clients. The individual will be responsible for managing delivery teams, driving governance, shaping operational plans, and ensuring that projects meet stringent standards of time, cost, and quality. This role combines leadership, commercial awareness, customer engagement, and programme governance to ensure seamless delivery of transformative initiatives.
Job Responsibility:
Lead end-to-end delivery of major customer-facing programmes, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer expectations
Define governance controls, ensuring compliance with corporate, customer, and local standards
Translate complex and ambiguous customer requirements into executable operational plans
Drive stakeholder alignment, including executive-level presentations and steering board engagements
Lead negotiations during contract discussions with customers and partner suppliers
Manage risk, change, dependencies, and resource planning across all programme phases
Ensure adherence to Vodafone’s best practice methodologies, contributing to continuous process improvement
Support pre-sales activities by structuring delivery requirements and contributing to competitive pricing
Oversee acceptance into live service, ensuring seamless transition with minimal operational impact
Provide robust reporting, financial tracking, benefits realisation, and assurance throughout the programme lifecycle
Requirements:
Over 5 years’ experience managing complex, large-scale ICT projects or programmes
Strong leadership capabilities with experience building and guiding high-performing cross-functional teams
Skilled in stakeholder management with the ability to influence senior-level partners
Effective communicator, confident in presenting to executive audiences
Experienced in budget management, forecasting, and financial controls
Skilled in business case evaluation and benefits realisation
Knowledgeable in telecommunications environments and end-to-end delivery processes
Qualified with PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP and MSP Foundation certifications
Adept at working in dynamic, evolving environments with cross-functional collaboration capabilities
