Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Customer Project Manager to lead complex end-to-end projects for Vodafone’s Enterprise customers. This role involves managing multi-party teams, ensuring governance and compliance with Vodafone and customer standards, and delivering projects aligned to time, cost, and quality objectives. You will oversee budgets, resources, risks, and change strategies, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement at senior levels.

Job Responsibility:

  • Communicate the high-level vision and design delivery capability for projects
  • Create and manage detailed project plans, including resource requirements, interdependencies, and critical paths
  • Establish governance controls, assurance processes, and gate reviews
  • Manage stakeholder communications and produce stakeholder maps
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, ensuring effective utilisation and development
  • Apply quality assurance standards and maintain accurate reporting on scope, timelines, budgets, and KPIs
  • Define and implement risk and change management strategies
  • Manage financial aspects including benefits realisation, budget forecasting, and expenditure reporting
  • Ensure acceptance into live service and mitigate operational risks for both Vodafone and customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience managing major ICT projects, including multi-domain delivery
  • PRINCE2 Practitioner or PMP certification
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity concurrently
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience influencing at senior levels
  • Excellent customer-facing communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in project and budget management, with understanding of financial accounting principles
  • Knowledge of telecommunications environments and cross-functional collaboration
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs

  • Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints
  • Price codes, work orders, reviews labor charges, builds, reviews, and delivers Pro Forma invoice to Customer
  • Execute and maintain schedule through aircraft delivery and follow-up
  • Monitor and oversee workflow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget, including shop floor efficiency
  • Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops

  • Assist and coordinate special programs (i.e., Smart Parts, ESP, MSP, Honeywell, and Warranty) with Planning, Invoice Analysts and Materials
