Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Leader to drive customer delivery engagements, lead complex escalations, and provide deep technical expertise in wireless networking. You will mentor others, create intellectual capital, influence solution designs, and guide technology transitions for large-scale customer environments.

Job Responsibility:

Lead technical delivery, troubleshooting, and escalation support for complex wireless and networking solutions
Act as a trusted advisor, contributing to customer problem resolution and technical innovation
Design, install, configure, upgrade, and optimize wireless and network infrastructure (Wireless Controllers, WLAN, and management platforms)
Mentor and develop other engineers
create and share technical content and best practices
Engage with engineering teams to drive product improvements based on field insights
Support business creation initiatives and maintain positive customer sentiment
Perform knowledge transfers and technical workshops for customer teams
Provide design and operational support for Wireless Controllers
Deliver design, upgrade, and change management for network management platforms
Perform DNAC upgrades and ongoing wireless network optimization

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in Networking, specializing in Wireless LAN design, deployment, and troubleshooting
Strong expertise in Wi-Fi standards (802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax), RF fundamentals, Wireless LAN Controllers, enterprise Access Points, and RF site survey tools (e.g., Ekahau, AirMagnet)
Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, DHCP, DNS)
Hands-on experience with network management and optimization platforms (e.g., Catalyst Center Wireless Assurance or equivalent)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead crisis management situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to simplify complex technical topics for diverse audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a team
Relevant industry certifications highly preferred (e.g., Professional or Expert level certifications in Enterprise Networking)
