Job Description

This is a really important front line role. You represent us with every single customer you meet and their impression of Waitrose & Partners is down to you. So, as well as having a flexible approach and the ability to use your initiative to deal with unexpected situations, you should be passionate about providing the very highest levels of customer service.

Job Responsibility

  • Deliver Waitrose quality and outstanding service to customers' doors
  • Assist with stock control and cashiering
  • Represent Waitrose & Partners with every customer
  • Handle age restricted items

Requirements

  • Full valid UK manual driving licence with no more than six points
  • Must be 18 years or over
  • Excellent driving skills
  • Good appreciation of health & safety
  • Ability to use initiative
  • Flexible approach
  • Passionate about providing high levels of customer service

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a driving role
  • Knowledge of chilled vehicles
