Customer Delivery Driver/Picker

This position is working 40 hours per week, any 5 in 6 days, including bank holidays. Our coldstore operatives play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive the best quality meals, and their contribution is crucial to the smooth running of our operation. In this role, your primary responsibility will be working within our coldstore, picking and preparing frozen Wiltshire Farm Foods meals ready for delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and efficiency at all times. You will take pride in your work and be willing to go above and beyond to support the wider team. Alongside your coldstore duties, you will occasionally support the driving team by delivering meals to customers to cover holidays and sickness. When out on the road, you will represent the business as one of the friendly faces of Wiltshire Farm Foods, enjoying meeting customers and always delivering a positive experience. You will regularly be working within our coldstore, which operates at a chilly -20ºC. Protective clothing designed for these temperatures will be provided, along with regular breaks to warm up and enjoy a hot drink when necessary. You will need to work as part of the wider team, always looking to help out both warehouse and office colleagues where required.
