Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Customer Delivery Associate Project Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Project Managers and Programme Managers to ensure successful delivery of customer projects. You will be responsible for creating project plans, tracking progress, managing risks and issues, and fostering strong stakeholder relationships to drive project success.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Project Managers in creating and tracking project plans
  • Maintain risk and issue registers, implementing mitigation strategies
  • Build effective relationships with key stakeholders
  • Drive delivery teams to achieve agreed timelines for customers
  • Proactively resolve challenges or escalate for support when required

Requirements:

  • PRINCE2 Foundation certification (preferred but not mandatory)
