We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Customer Delivery Associate to support the delivery of enterprise technology projects for global customers. The individual will work within an Agile delivery environment, contributing to projects covering Unified Communications, Connectivity, Cloud, Internet of Things and Security solutions. They will manage work packages throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that milestones, risks, governance, communication and stakeholder expectations are effectively addressed.
Job Responsibility:
Support and deliver multi‑tower technical solutions for enterprise customers across diverse geographies
Create and maintain project plans, schedules, and work packages using defined tasks, dependencies, and timelines
Manage scope, requirements, and specifications for assigned project activities
Track and manage budgets, when required, and maintain accurate financial and delivery records
Identify, track, and mitigate assumptions, dependencies, risks, issues, and changes in line with governance frameworks
Record project data in central systems and ensure full reporting accuracy
Provide clear and timely progress updates to senior internal and customer stakeholders
Build and maintain productive relationships with customers, suppliers and internal teams
Close work packages, document lessons learned, and promote continuous improvement
Encourage the adoption of digital tools to replace manual processes and enhance efficiency
Requirements:
C‑level German language proficiency
1–2 years of experience working within project teams in Technology or Corporate IT environments, including apprenticeships or graduate roles
Familiarity with solutions such as Unified Communications, Cloud, IoT, SD‑WAN, Fixed Connectivity, IPVPN or Digital Transformation (desirable but not required)
Pragmatic problem‑solver with a growth mindset and an interest in digitisation and efficiency
Strong relationship‑building skills and ability to work within diverse multi‑party teams
Comfortable working in a matrixed or Agile organisation (desirable)
Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in virtual environments
Fluent English, with additional languages considered an asset
Project Management certifications (PRINCE2, PMI‑ACP, PMP) are desirable
