Job Description

GTX Solutions is a boutique consulting firm that helps enterprise brands unlock the full potential of their customer data. We specialize in Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), real-time data activation, and marketing technology architecture. Our team blends strategic insight with deep technical expertise to deliver measurable results - whether we’re guiding a roadmap, leading a full platform implementation, or optimizing an existing stack. We’re trusted by some of the most recognizable names in retail, travel, financial services, automotive and healthcare to solve complex data problems and accelerate customer experience transformation. We’re looking for a client-facing digital strategist who thrives at the intersection of customer experience, marketing technology, and data. This role will help lead our most important engagements from strategy through implementation while partnering closely with clients, internal teams, and our technology partners. Ideal candidates have strong technical aptitude, project leadership instincts, and a passion for driving customer-centric growth.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead strategic discovery workshops (persona development, journey mapping, maturity assessments)
  • Evaluate and map current and future-state MarTech stacks
  • Provide guidance on CDP selection and implementation planning
  • Collaborate with clients to define and prioritize use cases across acquisition, retention, and customer lifecycle growth
  • Translate business needs into data and technology requirements
  • Align platform capabilities with strategic objectives
  • Act as the strategic lead for active engagements, owning day-to-day client communication, priorities, and timelines
  • Coordinate with internal solution engineers to ensure technical delivery aligns with the broader strategy
  • Provide clarity and confidence to clients throughout project execution
  • Conduct audits and health checks of current CX and MarTech platforms
  • Establish best practices for CDP and marketing technology usage
  • Share ongoing guidance, trends, and innovations to enhance business impact
  • Assist clients in the evaluation and selection of CDPs based on their unique business needs
  • Develop strategic plans for implementing and maximizing the potential of CDPs
  • Collaborate with clients to ideate use cases and design CX solutions using CDPs
  • Oversee CDP implementation projects, ensuring successful execution
  • Leverage CDP capabilities for audience segmentation and persona development
  • Support audits and establish best practices for optimal CDP utilization
  • Provide insights into the selection between composable and packaged CDP solutions

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in digital strategy, customer experience, or MarTech
  • Strong working knowledge of tools like Tealium, Emarsys, Dynamic Yield
  • Familiarity with data integration and architecture principles across the MarTech ecosystem
  • Proven ability to lead client workshops, define strategic roadmaps, and manage cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Consulting experience or agency background preferred
