The Customer Data Platform Administrator role requires a candidate with strong experience in managing marketing technology platforms, particularly Treasure Data and Unica. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems, with 5-8 years of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include platform administration, user support, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing workflows. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Job Responsibility:

  • Administer and maintain integrated marketing platforms
  • Configure campaigns, workflows, and audience segmentation modules
  • Manage platform upgrades, patches, and migrations
  • Oversee user access management, license provisioning, and security controls
  • Perform routine monitoring, health checks, and system performance tuning
  • Troubleshoot incidents, resolve issues, and coordinate with vendor support as needed
  • Setup Network Connectivity, SSO, LDAP configuration
  • Maintain platform documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base for recurring tasks
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, data privacy, and security standards
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, DataOps, IT, Analytics) to support end-to-end campaign execution
  • Manage integrations with CRM, CDP, data lakes, and reporting tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in administering marketing automation and campaign management platforms
  • Strong hands-on expertise with Treasure Data (experience with IBM Unica, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar is a plus)
  • Solid knowledge of SQL, data models, and APIs for integration and data troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ETL workflows, data lakes, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
  • Experience in admin tasks such as access management, patching, upgrades, and monitoring
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and lead small projects or initiatives
