Join our team as a Customer Data Lifecycle Analyst and become the expert in managing strategic customer data! You will be the driving force behind our Data Quality processes, ensuring data completeness and cleanliness using advanced tools. If you have a strong analytical mindset, a background in finance, and a passion for optimization, this role offers you the chance to significantly improve global operations and closely collaborate with key business stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage Customer Master Data Base in compliance with internal processes, procedures, and company policies
  • Ensure completeness and correctness of information and supporting documentation provided by Business Stakeholders
  • Ensure Data Life Cycle Management activities such as: Data Quality audits, Data cleansing and Data enrichment
  • Perform analytic tasks/ reports ad hoc
  • Work closely with Business Stakeholders (Affiliates, other SSCs teams, other Regions) to proactively follow-up on end-to-end resolution of all cases related to CMD Process
  • Propose and implement process initiatives and improvements and actively participate in cross functional projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Systems or equivalent, or being in the last year of the career
  • 2 years of proved experience working in a Finance department
  • Strong communication, analytical, problem solving and customer oriented skill
  • Team work
  • Excellent spoken and written level of English (daily verbal interaction)
  • Advance knowledge in SAP, Excel and Winshuttle

Nice to have:

Knowledge of Macros is a plus
