Job Description:

As a Customer Coordinator, supporting the in-store customer experience team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshoot issues, enhance the shopping journey, ensure consistent customer information, and contribute to a positive customer experience.

Job Responsibility:

Oversee day-to-day operations assigned by the Team Leader
Troubleshoot and apply appropriate corrective actions
Enhance the shopping journey of visitors
Ensure customers receive consistent information
Record information in relevant systems
Enhance customer relationships to boost sales
Forge a team mindset centered around first time right for every customer
Take part in additional department responsibilities
Contribute to an environment where the IKEA culture is a strong and living reality

Requirements:

3 years of related experience
1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment
Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-25lbs)
