As a Customer Coordinator, supporting the in-store customer experience team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, troubleshoot and apply corrective actions, enhance the shopping journey, ensure consistent customer information, record information in systems, enhance customer relationships, forge a team mindset, take part in additional responsibilities, and contribute to the IKEA culture.

Enhance the shopping journey of visitors
Ensure customers receive consistent information
Record information in relevant systems

Requirements:
3 years of related experience
1 year of experience in a customer service and customer-focused environment
Physical Demands: Lifting, Pushing/Pulling, Sliding/Transferring and Carrying Occasionally (1-25lbs)
