Job Responsibility:
Supervise the day-to-day operation of the customer team to ensure a positive and consistent customer experience
Coordinate and support co-workers to deliver accurate, positive, and efficient service across all channels
Handle customer complaints, claims, and payments with professionalism and care
Work closely with leaders to share feedback on team performance and daily operational priorities
Troubleshoot issues and take appropriate action, including incident response and authorisation processes
Collaborate with other functions to optimise the end-to-end customer shopping journey
Record customer insights accurately in relevant systems to support continuous improvement
Always maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and co-workers
Use your knowledge of the IKEA product range and services to offer solutions that meet individual customer needs
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience in a customer-focused or customer service environment
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers and co-workers
Emotional resilience and confidence in handling challenging situations or conflict
Good numeracy and computer literacy
Ability to prioritise, organise, and make considered decisions in a fast-paced environment
Understanding of customer behavior in an omnichannel retail environment
Knowledge of products and services, with a willingness to learn and grow
A strong customer-first mindset with attention to accuracy and detail
Alignment with IKEA values and a passion for diversity, inclusion, and teamwork
