Job Description

A leading global medical technology company is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Contract Administration Analyst to join its GBS Quote to Cash team in Franklin Lakes, NJ. This is a contract staffing role reporting to the Manager of Contract Operations, focused on managing GPO pricing, contract activations, and membership operations across U.S. commercial business segments.

Job Responsibility

  • Complete price activations through GPO portals accurately and on time
  • Manage customer setup and membership alignment across ERP systems, including SAP Vistex
  • Handle group transitions with a high level of attention to detail
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external pricing and membership inquiries
  • Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, business unit sales teams, and commercial operations teams
  • Support process optimization, policy execution, and governance for complex contracting activities
  • Ensure alignment of external partners and customers with strategic business objectives

Requirements

  • 0–5 years of relevant experience in contract administration, pricing operations, or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP Vistex preferred)
  • Background in GPO portals or similar procurement/pricing platforms is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and contract management
  • Effective communication skills for cross-functional and external stakeholder collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Franklin Lakes, NJ (USA applicants only)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
