This role supports the MMS Dispensing Sales team by managing customer-facing quotations, executing contracting and pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills are required to facilitate contract approvals, pricing strategies, and process improvements.
Job Responsibility:
Manage customer-facing quotations and ensure timely processing of Tier I quoting requests
Communicate with the sales team via email, MS Teams, and General Mailbox (GMB)
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and marketing programs
Provide pre-deal support for Dispensing contract requests and assist field teams with contract-related tasks
Implement contracting and pricing strategies, ensuring compliance with our policies
Oversee contract review and approval workflows, collaborating with Sales, Legal, and Tier II Contracts teams
Facilitate non-standard pricing and offering requests
Drive process improvements and maintain high professional standards
Requirements:
High School Diploma OR associate's degree with 5+ years of business experience OR Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of business experience
Experience in SAP and Salesforce (SF.com) is a plus
Understanding of commercial contract management, including pricing and policy development
Strong technical, analytical, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and Microsoft Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Adaptability and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Experience in contract management, quoting, and pricing strategies
Ability to work in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance
Nice to have:
Experience in SAP and Salesforce (SF.com) is a plus
