This position manages and analyzes Dispensing assets, quotes, and contracts pre- and post-deal signature, ensuring correct billing, deal handling, and compliance with SOX and revenue recognition standards. It includes cross-functional coordination for RMA processes and equipment confirmations.
Job Responsibility:
Coordinate pre- and post-deal activities, including asset changes, term adjustments, lease buyouts, and assignments
Ensure compliance and accuracy in contract credits, cancellations, and equipment confirmations for revenue recognition
Manage RMA requests, de-implementation timelines, and logistics for equipment pickups
Support billing, customer relationship management, and process improvement efforts
Provide insights through data analysis and maintain alignment with business strategies
Advise on complex deal strategies and escalate issues to protect BD’s interests
Track workloads, meet deadlines, and participate in training and goal-setting activities
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in contracting and/or system and deal analysis
General understanding of commercial contract management, including strategy development, negotiations, and policy creation
Knowledge of tools such as QlikView, SharePoint, Salesforce, ERP, and CRM systems
Expert/Advanced proficiency in Excel
Basic skills in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Outlook, and OneNote
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Adaptability to change and ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Strong personal motivation and work ethic
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
BA/BS degree or seven years of relevant business experience
