Execute fees and incentives while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to resolve contract eligibility or rebate issues
Analyze and resolve disputed fees and incentives
Develop variance analysis reports to track sales fluctuations and ensure payment accuracy
Collaborate with the Offer Development team to drive process improvements and root cause analysis
Provide ad-hoc reports to key business partners and sales teams
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related fields
5 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or a business-related field
Highly analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving
