Job Description

A contract administration analyst role based in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Reporting to the Manager of Contract Operations, the Analyst is responsible for supporting GPO price activations, group transitions, and group mailbox email inquiries. The role involves executing and maintaining contract pricing and membership across GPO and local agreements - ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment to business terms. The Analyst will oversee commercial consumable sales contracts across all U.S. business segments, ensuring accurate and timely implementation to support business objectives.

Job Responsibility

  • Work in GPO Portals to complete price activations
  • Manage customer setup and membership alignment across ERP systems (SAP Vistex)
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external inquiries related to pricing and membership
  • Collaborate with distributor partners, GPOs, business unit sales teams, commercial operations, and commercial customers
  • Support enterprise-wide operational capabilities, policy execution, process optimization, and governance for complex contracting activities
  • Ensure alignment of external partners and customers with strategic business objectives
  • Complete group transitions with strong attention to detail
  • Handle group mailbox email inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in contract creation and maintenance required
  • Experience with Oracle or SAP (SAP Vistex preferred)
  • Background in GPO pricing, contract administration, or related commercial operations is a strong plus
