We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Contract Admin Analyst 2 to support contract execution, compliance, and administration activities. This role is responsible for reviewing contractual documentation, conducting compliance checks, mitigating risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer agreements.
Job Responsibility
Review and execute complete customer contract packages
Conduct audit reviews to ensure contractual documentation is complete and compliant
Evaluate contracts for accuracy, risk mitigation, and adherence to established policies
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve contract-related questions and requirements
Maintain knowledge of products, programs, policies, and procedures impacting contracts
Support pre- and post-signature contract processes, including execution and administration activities
Assist with billing, invoicing, asset management, and contract fulfillment processes
Escalate contractual concerns and compliance risks when necessary
Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance
Communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple business functions
Provide recommendations and support for contract-related decisions
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in contract administration, commercial contracting, compliance, or related business functions
Experience reviewing and processing customer agreements preferred
Experience working with CRM systems and contract management processes
Audit or compliance experience is an advantage
Experience supporting billing, invoicing, or customer account activities is beneficial
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Relevant experience may be considered in place of educational qualifications
1–3 years of contract-related experience required
General understanding of commercial contracting processes
Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Excel and SharePoint
Experience with Salesforce and SAP preferred
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
