We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Contract Admin Analyst 2 to support contract administration and service portfolio activities. This role is responsible for reviewing customer contract requests, evaluating service eligibility, analyzing risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide compliant and customer-focused solutions. Job Responsibility
Review and respond to customer contract redlines related to service terms, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations
Assess contract risks and recommend compliant alternatives when necessary
Draft clear and customer-friendly responses to contract requests
Maintain and update contract response repositories and supporting documentation
Evaluate product eligibility for support agreement renewals
Review product versions, configurations, serial numbers, and lifecycle status
Identify gaps such as end-of-support products, non-standard configurations, or unsupported devices
Recommend remediation options, including upgrades, substitutions, or alternative support solutions
Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, Technical Teams, Contracts, and Quoting teams to ensure accurate service setup
Support entitlement setup and accurate contract execution
Monitor Salesforce cases and manage assigned projects and priorities
Ensure alignment with internal policies, standards, and operational requirements
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial contracting, contract administration, customer support, or service-related roles
Experience reviewing contracts, service agreements, or support documentation preferred
Experience working in cross-functional business environments
Experience using SAP and Salesforce is preferred
Experience analyzing data and preparing reports using Power BI is an advantage
Bachelor's Degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Experience with Power BI required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
