Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Contract Admin Analyst 2 to support contract administration and service portfolio activities. This role is responsible for reviewing customer contract requests, evaluating service eligibility, analyzing risk, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide compliant and customer-focused solutions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.

Job Responsibility

  • Review and respond to customer contract redlines related to service terms, warranties, SLAs, and support obligations
  • Assess contract risks and recommend compliant alternatives when necessary
  • Draft clear and customer-friendly responses to contract requests
  • Maintain and update contract response repositories and supporting documentation
  • Evaluate product eligibility for support agreement renewals
  • Review product versions, configurations, serial numbers, and lifecycle status
  • Identify gaps such as end-of-support products, non-standard configurations, or unsupported devices
  • Recommend remediation options, including upgrades, substitutions, or alternative support solutions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Service Operations, Technical Teams, Contracts, and Quoting teams to ensure accurate service setup
  • Support entitlement setup and accurate contract execution
  • Monitor Salesforce cases and manage assigned projects and priorities
  • Ensure alignment with internal policies, standards, and operational requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial contracting, contract administration, customer support, or service-related roles
  • Experience reviewing contracts, service agreements, or support documentation preferred
  • Experience working in cross-functional business environments
  • Experience using SAP and Salesforce is preferred
  • Experience analyzing data and preparing reports using Power BI is an advantage
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI required
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
