Brainstorm and develop innovative packaging designs (primary components and secondary outers) that align with brand DNA and current beauty/retail trends
Execute technical drawings, dielines, and 3D renderings
Design graphic systems, typography, and layouts that enhance the consumer's tactile and visual experience
Create and maintain detailed technical specifications, ensuring designs are manufacturable and meet engineering constraints
Proactively identify and implement eco-responsible materials and manufacturing processes to align with global sustainability goals
Partner with Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering teams to ensure design intent is maintained from concept through to retail shelf
Oversee the creation of 3D prints and physical mock-ups
Review prototypes for color, material, and finish (CMF) accuracy and conduct testing for functional quality
