Job Description

This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer contracts, ensuring contract accuracy, and supporting contract and order processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.

Job Responsibility

  • Develop customer contract offers and manage contract creation
  • Generate and maintain all contract types, including new contracts, renewals, addendums, and bids
  • Ensure memberships are current and accurate in the system
  • Timely update group membership information
  • Run basic reports on network health
  • Follow established processes and procedures for contracts and orders

Requirements

  • College/university degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience with contract/order processes is beneficial
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Good business judgment and professionalism
  • College/university graduate or equivalent work experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Basic knowledge of contract/order processes and systems
  • Eligible to work in the USA
