This role is responsible for developing and maintaining customer contracts, ensuring contract accuracy, and supporting contract and order processes. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications and reporting tools.
Job Responsibility:
Develop customer contract offers and manage contract creation
Generate and maintain all contract types, including new contracts, renewals, addendums, and bids
Ensure memberships are current and accurate in the system
Timely update group membership information
Run basic reports on network health
Follow established processes and procedures for contracts and orders
Requirements:
College/university degree or equivalent experience
Experience with contract/order processes is beneficial
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
Familiarity with PowerBI is a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent organizational abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Attention to detail and high accuracy
Good business judgment and professionalism
College/university graduate or equivalent work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Basic knowledge of contract/order processes and systems
